It's quick, delicious, and very inexpensive to make! Chicken casserole is one of my favorite meals. And, it's so simple to prepare. Just cut up a whole chicken, or use individual chicken thighs and/or drumsticks, and season with salt and pepper and a few other seasonings. Then, add a splash of white wine or Dry Sherry and top with vegetables and cream of mushroom soup. Bake for about an hour and serve over white rice. Yum, yum! It's a meal your whole family will love.
